MD in private medical care since 2013
Leading up to my final exam in Medical Sociology (Charité Berlin 2007 / Germany), supported by my studies in Cultural Sociology (Potsdam University / Germany) beforehand, my interest in Chinese Medicine got stirred via a cross-cultural seminar series in Comparative Philosophy (India, China, Greece).
The exam in my seconardy subject Philosophy then happened to be on a comparison of Leibniz Monad to the Tai Chi Symbol und I made the decision to study Western Medicine in order to be allowed to practice Chinese Medicine later on (different situation to other countries in the world).
Over time I played with the idea to work towards a specialisation as Psychiatrist &/or Doctor of Psychosomatic Medicine which led to me doing my Doctor's Thesis at the Psychiatric Department Charité Berlin (Charlottenburg / Germany) followed by a 2 year period of working at an Hospital specialized in Psychosomatic Medicine while offering Chinese Medicine in addition ( Gezeitenhaus Bonn - 2008/2009 - Germany).
As it tends to be life sometimes has different plans to oneself I diverted from that path and later established my private practice in Eckernförde / Germany not far from the Danish Border in one direction and Hamburg in the other (North - South - Axis) to practice Chinese Medicine and later on Chiropractic too.
Another live changing event in 2023 made me return to my initial "roots" -without actually ever having left them behind- so that I am now offering what I am offering here to you in my office in town as well as Online.
I myelf
understand Chinese Medicine
to be Psycosomatic Medicine in its core
but at the same time searched for therapeutic approaches even going beyond.
Psyche & Emotions as such aren't really separable from the body -one influences the other- about everybody likely made that experience themselves already.
With a similar "starting point" in Chinese Medicine the following personalities I consider as some of the most influential teachers in my approach
Uwe Albrecht, Steve Tonsager & Josef Müller.
All 3 got beyond TCM and not only made use of other approaches but even developed their own over time - often simply due to the real life experience that what they already knew and applied often didn't suffice - the driving power always being their willingness to help their clients better and more successfully.
You may have wondered about "about US" although I am a "one man show". Well: thing is: on one hand I can't be seen isolated from my teachers and the quality approaches I have found with them - & on the other hand I can't be seen isolated from YOU. Each therapeutic approach can only unfold its full power the moment the one looking for help and the person offering it form kind of a Team and pulling together. This is the obvious STRENGTH of individualized approaches and clearly NOT their weakness - aside from what the "generality" may think, feel & say.
The
following teachers
I want to mention with their respective field of influence:
innerMED - Uwe Albrecht - Uwe Albrecht's innerMED approach establishes Medical Doctors back to their original function apprehending through feeling - all too often we tend to hide behind Diagnostic Devices to a certain extent allowing us a Pseudo-Security as they are considered to be objective. But did you actually know that blood work laboratory tells you about renal dysfunction only when already 50% of their functioning has failed? It is time to get back to developing our intuitive "gifts" in dealing with the person in front of us. As similiar approach is found in Steve Tonsager's work:
IBFRT = Intention Based Resonance Field Testung - Steve Tonsager - in his book "Intention Based Field Resonance Testing: The Power of the Whisper: My Pathway of Adventure, Discovery, and Healing: A Practitioner’s Perspective, Volume 2 " Steve ponders the question in how far intentions influence the material and physical and in how far science as well as religion actually provide answers to that question. After his studies in Chemistry he later on successfully practiced Chinese Medicine in private practice before going beyond and developing his approach out of the felt need to help people even more all encompassing and on a deeper level. He finally named his approach "Whisperology" which in it meaning includes the non-verbal way of communicating with the biofield of the other.
Causal Immunologische Störfeldtherapie = CIS = Causal Immunological therapy of "blockages to healing" - Gundel Adolf - an approach based in testing via the "Nogier Pulse Feedback"-principle and making use of informed subances - a similar but different path is the CPR = Causal Puls Resonace approach / Dr. Ekkehard Heck - the pulse feedback system termed the RAC = Reflex auriculo-cardiale is taught in Germany mainly through the DAA - Dt. Ärztegesellschaft für Akupunktur und Auriculomedizin. My friend Thomas Techau teaches his own approach utilizing that Pulse Feedback method, being deeply rooted in the works of MD Dr. Altrock,
Before having met any of the above Josef Müller, a Switzerland based acupuncturist, taught me his Therapeutic approach comprised of a combination of Worseley's 5 Element , Kiiko Matsumoto Palpation Based and other Acupuncturists approaches, deeply considering the Psychosomatic Indications of Acupuncture Points. He even wrote 4 books on that subject & how to utilize that approach in Psychosomatic Therapy - "Den Geist Verwurzeln" = maybe best translated as: "Rooting the Mind/Xin"
Time Waver Pro is to be mentioned outside of the above scope - informations are to be found throughout the internet
